So these were easy to make as the chicken didn’t need pre-cooking, which usually is a requirement with most savouries. Combine it all, and then cook it one-go.

Very easy to prepare, very easy to toss and cook on the griddle and tasty when served hot with chutney and lemon! Even better the next day as a quick snack!

Verdict: Will be considering this again though I felt it lacked ‘something’. My mum suggests adding another ingredient, she thinks sugar, to sort-out the bland sojee taste, as sojee is added to the mix. Hmmm
